The hotel is very nice and everyone is really helpful. Breakfast is great, but a small microwave in the breakfast area would let us heat up food. The lighting needs to be upgraded; it’s too dark for us ladies to do our makeup, especially in the bathrooms.

I felt misled by the positive reviews because the property differed from the pictures and description; parking was limited to only five spots with no backup or public parking, forcing me to haul luggage over five blocks, and there was no loading zone or even a small parking lot to unload, which made the experience poor. Additionally, the buildings were spread out with no real amenities, yet a “resort” fee was charged.
