I recently stayed in **Suite 19** in Bangalore, but my experience was disappointing. The room’s cleanliness was inadequate and the staff’s behavior was unsatisfactory. The service and facilities did not match the price. I would not stay here again.

From the moment I arrived, the service felt disorganized and unprofessional. The check‑in process was slow, and the staff seemed inattentive and unwelcoming. The room itself did not meet expectations—cleanliness was lacking and basic amenities were missing or not working. Overall hospitality was poor; requests were delayed or ignored, making the stay frustrating. A hotel should offer comfort and reliability, but that was not the case here.
