The rooms were comfortable and the structure was pretty, but the pool was not cleaned.

The breakfast was excellent, and the location is superb. The manager Erick is very helpful and friendly, as are the receptionists Naiara and Jeane, and everyone else is just great. The afternoon snack was outstanding, especially after coming straight from the beach and having something to drink and eat right away. I give it a 10. I left with a sense of longing. The hotel’s pool, a real postcard image, should have clear, transparent, blue water. Glass cups should be banned in the apartments whose balconies overlook the pool. I liked everything and plan to return.

I liked how comfortable the room was—spacious and cozy. The pool was unusable the entire stay because it was dirty and never cleaned, so we couldn’t use it at all.

The breakfast offered a good variety and the staff were attentive. We were 12 people and the check‑in was delayed; none of the rooms were ready, and they were only released at 16:00 with some caveats. I spent two days without a washcloth. The restaurant, which advertises daily hours from 12:00 to 22:00, was closed at 19:00 on the evening we went to dine.

The location is excellent, and the room size is great with a super comfortable bed. The room lacks sound insulation, and the hotel has no policy to silence the speakers at the pool, so guests with loud speakers at the pool made staying in the room unbearable.
