I appreciated everything, starting with the convenient and quiet location. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and fully equipped, including air conditioning. The breakfast was especially good—served buffet style with items prepared on the spot by the owners, plus their own eggs and tomatoes, which made it even more special. The owners are very kind and welcoming, and it’s clear how much they care about the property and their guests. There’s also a small pool, perfect for relaxing and enjoying some peace. Highly recommended—I would definitely come back.

A stunning place tucked among the Marche hills, absolute relaxation. The breakfast was great and the owners fantastic. We’ll definitely return because we had a wonderful stay.
