“Not a 5 star hotel”
The staff were excellent and extremely helpful. The location and views were lovely. The first room I was assigned (206) was tiny and meant for two people; the décor was extremely dated and awful. The fridge kept clicking on and off all night. I complained in the morning and was moved to a larger (though not huge) room, which was much better, but I lost the view. We were also unimpressed by the breakfast, which was just okay. These are things you don’t expect from a supposedly 5‑star hotel.
