Breakfast was only leftovers from earlier guests at 9 am; apparently you need to arrive at 7 am for breakfast. The practice of requiring a bank card as a deposit for the minibar at check‑in is abnormal. There is no drop‑off area before the entrance for cars before registration, and you must go to reception to enter the parking lot, and the same applies to exit.

The location was good, but we booked and paid for a larger room and received a smaller one without any compensation.

The hotel’s location is excellent, breakfast could have been better, and although we were told we would get an upgraded room, the room we received was actually smaller than the previous standard one and already needs repairs.

Check‑in was quick, but the dog fee of 30€ was a surprise; we travel often with our small dog and have never seen such a high overnight charge.
