Clean, comfortable, and the staff were pleasant, but there was too much noise. The banquet hall on the fourth floor had no soundproofing, making the third floor (where I was) uninhabitable. Even the slightest sound from a chain being pulled echoed as if it were in the room, and loud music from a nearby exterior spread into the room until after 1:30 am.
