The location was super convenient to IIT, but that's where the positives ended. When I arrived, I was shocked to find out the property was closed - they had to book me into another place 22 kms away, which was a real hassle. It seemed like there was a mismatch in their operations and it reflected poorly on how they manage their hotel ecosystem.

Be careful - I paid for a room online, but the hotel cancelled my reservation and just said my money would be refunded "in due course". It sounds like a scam to me and I think authorities should step in ASAP.

The location is top, but rooms are a bit pricey being outside Guwahati city. Most staff are cheerful and try their best to make you feel welcome. Food's good, with non-veg and veg options, and bathroom's are clean with hot and cold water. However, breakfast is a letdown - the free buffet's got a limited menu that's repetitive, and à la carte breakfast is overpriced. Also, front office staff don't always see eye to eye, which can be frustrating.

Great location, but that's about it. Rooms, bathrooms, and common areas could be cleaner. Not impressed with the facilities either.
