The location, clean sheets, and spacious rooms were great, and the quiet vibe let us enjoy a room facing Main Street where we could see the beautiful Maramureș gate, but there were a lot of wasps in the restaurant downstairs; the staff mentioned an exterminator had tried to deal with them but they returned, so natural methods like honey traps might have worked better. The food was decent, beer was good, but it was hard to enjoy them with a wasp always trying to eat our food or drink our beer, though we weren’t stung.
