I have nothing good to say about my experience. The host moved my booking at the last minute and delayed me by two hours when I was very busy. I was then shown to a truly filthy alternative accommodation that had not been cleaned in months. Because of the delay I asked the host to drop me off where I was spending my evening, and he almost caused a head‑on collision by using his phone while driving. In the end I could not even access the property, and I could not reach AJ when this happened. Ultimately AJ left me without a place to sleep. I had to urinate and defecate outside and try to sleep in a car in freezing conditions while carrying music gear worth £2500 in a dangerous part of Birmingham. This was the worst consumer experience of my life.
