The rooms were liked, modern, with a large terrace; the hotel only has six rooms so it’s not crowded, making it easy to relax and swim. The view of the mountains is nice. The sink water in the room barely drained, even after telling staff, and after eight days nothing was fixed. Towels were not changed or cleaned for eight days either. There’s nowhere to dry clothes or towels; the terrace is big enough for a drying rack, but towels hang on all the hooks, and the rest of the clothes dry in the bathroom, so in the heat you have to use a towel dryer, even though the room has no air‑conditioning, which feels odd. All the chairs on the terrace were broken, so you sink in them; we took pillows from them and sat on the floor. Checkout was at 10 am, which is early; you wake up, rush to eat and pack, and at 9:30 the staff ask if you’re ready. I told them I’d leave by 10 and asked if I could stay on the premises until lunch, but they said the maximum was 11. The day before, people had checked out and stayed until 4 pm swimming. The heated pool was on and off randomly; when it wasn’t on the water was quite cold, and the child wouldn’t even climb in.

The concierge was helpful in the heat, and the pool view is nice. When we arrived, no one knew where we were going or what to do. We found our room and checked in, but there were no towels for the pool. I asked for a towel that same day and was told it would be delivered, but it never arrived until the day before our last stay.
Quiet is the most important thing. Everything you need is there and it’s convenient.

The location is convenient and the view is great. It’s a modern hotel, the grounds are clean and spacious. The barbecue areas are not equipped, and when the hotel is full, there isn’t enough kitchenware for everyone.
I really enjoyed my stay at the complex! The area is tidy and well‑maintained, rooms are clean and comfortable. The atmosphere is calm and cozy, making it a great spot for family or friends. All that remains are positive impressions. We’ll definitely come back and recommend it to friends!
