“The location was amazing. The suite was nice but definitely would have the smell taken care of and the hot water.”

The location was spot‑on, right near everything. The first day we arrived, the whole suite had a sewer‑like odor coming from the bathroom, and the shower only offered “warm” water that never got hot. The lighting was also a bit too dim.

We absolutely adored our stay—those apartments are gorgeous and fully equipped. The room was enormous, and the view made every cent worth it. The host communicated excellently, sending full self‑check‑in instructions and videos to locate the place. We texted the host via WhatsApp for building access, then found the keys inside the room; just a heads‑up if you lack roaming data.

“The view of the cathedral made up for everything else that went wrong”

Getting a ride to the hotel was a nightmare, and the door buzzer didn’t work, leaving me outside for almost an hour with no staff around. They apologized and offered a complimentary bottle of wine. After that, everything was superb, especially the cathedral view from my bedroom window—unbelievable!

“Super endroit au centre de Milan”

La localisation est super, le petit déjeuner chez Matilde Bakery était parfait et copieu. Lors d’une première location, il faut bien suivre les infos envoyés par e-mail car le check in se fait par e-mail et téléphone, les lieux ne sont pas très bien indiqués. Mais ça se fait bien

“Nice, but they should give good attitude”

The location, design, and view were great. The elevator was a hassle, and the service attitude was off; they texted me saying if I didn’t show up, they’d remove my language. They made me rush to the apartment.
