The staff were courteous and professional, and the service was excellent; the breakfast had many dishes and the flavors were suitable, but the bed was a bit high and small for our family, especially with a baby, so a slightly larger bed—about 20 cm wider—would be better.

The hotel is new and modern, but the breakfast options are not very diverse.

The staff were enthusiastic, even bringing the luggage to the room. The room was spacious and felt very comfortable. However, the breakfast buffet in the morning still had cleanliness issues; overall it didn't look very tidy and was somewhat unpleasant. I also want to point out the staff’s handling of Zalo messages: I booked on 18/9 and they checked my confirmation, but their replies used a lot of abbreviations and the tone was a bit abrupt, not as warm as I expected.

The room was spacious, clean, and new. The staff, even the guard, were super friendly. The location is the best—walking distance to every attraction. The pool is small but fine. Breakfast was good, though not very varied. Overall, a really nice stay.
