The room itself was fine. The reception staff didn’t do a good job.

The location, view, and staff were all good; the manager and one housekeeper were very sweet, and service was decent. It’s a great place to stay if you want to avoid the noise and crowds of Mussoorie while still being there. However, the person linked to the hotel was very rude from the moment he took the advance to assigning rooms. We asked for a room on the first floor for an elderly couple traveling with us because the hotel has no lift, but we were given a room on the second floor. When I explained the reason for cancellation—information not present on the site about the rooms, the hotel’s layout, and the lack of a lift—he spoke very rudely and denied free cancellation. The denial was acceptable, but the way he talked was not.

The staff were very good and the place was very peaceful. This resort was very neat and clean, and the location was good. ♥️

The location and view from the hotel were great. Their family room arrangement is brilliant, as it is spacious and well managed.
