Location is good. Staff lovely. Hotel has all the basics required. Facilities need updating

The location is great, there are many warungs nearby, and the Bintang Beer Karaoke Bar is just around the corner.

The room was clean and the staff were very friendly, breakfast offered many tasty options, though the soundproofing left a little to be desired.

View from the room was good. I was given smooking room while 4 days 3 nighta staying there. The inside room door's lock was broken. Only 1 unit door key was given. Extra key will given if extra payment is made. Request for extra towel is not being entertained by the cleaner
