The location near the beach is great, but it's no excuse for the terrible state of the rooms. We tried four different rooms and had issues with dirty sheets, a broken shower, a dirty sink, a broken AC control, damaged walls, and a complete lack of toiletries - no towels, soap, toilet paper, or even a working water fountain. It took a lot of pushing, but we finally got clean sheets, towels, water bottles, and some soap.
