The hotel was impeccably clean everywhere, the staff were relaxed and smiling, and the food was excellent; there was nothing to point out.

The accommodation included towels, bathrobes, and soaps, and the staff were helpful. Parking was plentiful at the hotel, with spaces directly in the building available by reservation and for a fee. The wellness area was well designed with unlimited access, and there was a small snack from the dam. However, in the room and on the women's showers (upon entering the pool) the water flow from the shower hose was weak.

Breakfast was very good, and the transport to the spa zone was convenient, but the room was large and spacious. The downside was the significant distance from the spa zone – walking was not feasible for older guests.
