The experience at Casarão was truly one‑of‑a‑kind and surreal; we have nothing to complain about, just want everyone to try it because it’s unique. The place feels warm and cozy, like home, and the hosts are the most affectionate people you’ll meet. We haven’t found anything like this elsewhere, with great conversation, hearty laughs, and excellent meals from breakfast to dinner. We felt at home, the reception was amazing, and we’ll definitely come back to relive it. Every moment was delightful.

This place is wonderful because we sought a peaceful retreat in nature, and as an Italian descendant, the accommodations reminded me of my “nonos”’ house. I love sunflowers, and the flower in the décor was a sunflower. The hot grostolis at breakfast were delicious. The kitten Pipo was adorable, and the geese and ducks added to the scenery. The garden and entire space were well maintained, and even the fish food was simple but memorable. We felt at home, even sharing coffee with the hosts, feeling like part of a family we’d known for ages. It won our hearts and we’ll return.

The stay was very authentic, quintessentially Italian. Everything was prepared with great care and affection, the accommodation was clean and fragrant. Dona Marga and Sr. Roberto were extremely hospitable, gave us local tips, and welcomed us with love. There’s no comparison to a hotel. The hot grostolis made on the spot, the fun dinners with excellent food, and the soft polenta simmered for two hours in a cast‑iron pot… If you want something different and genuine, go for it.
