The location was great, close to the station and taxis, the staff were helpful, and they let me leave my bag to collect after checkout. The breakfast was fairly basic for the price paid, and it was a bit noisy outside.

I was right next to the train station and the staff were friendly, but the price‑to‑quality ratio was terrible, the facilities looked old, there was a lot of external noise, and the room wasn’t cleaned.

I’m extremely disappointed with the condition of the hotel. It was completely unacceptable and nothing like what was advertised. There were exposed wires and plugs dangling from the wall, the TV actually fell off the wall, there was no wardrobe or proper storage for clothes, and the bathroom was filthy, dirty, and clearly not cleaned properly. The room felt unsafe and unhygienic, and this ruined our stay. I would like this complaint to be investigated and to discuss appropriate compensation for the poor standard of accommodation provided. We had to move to another hotel so would like a full refund, plus the cost of the taxi to the other hotel plus compensation due to distressed.
