The hotel and its facilities were fine, though a renovation is underway, it isn’t bothersome.

The staff were wonderful and the kitchen felt royal. The third floor has no elevator and the view is only of rooftops.

The staff were friendly, check‑in was straightforward, and the room was clean. The shower water was cold, the breakfast was very poor, and the overall standard felt more hostel‑like than a hotel.

It was just my booking, registration was very simple even though I arrived late, parking was free, the location was good, we received a room with a street view so there was traffic noise, but with the windows closed it was fine, the room was spacious, service was excellent, breakfast was great, in a very nice environment. When we arrived there was a bad smell coming from the bathroom, but after closing the door it disappeared and we could live comfortably.
