Luxurious rooms, spa suites, and townhouse apartments overlook the courtyard and river. The Reserve Restaurant serves modern Australian cuisine. The hotel offers free mountain bikes, 2 bars, and is within the Bridge Road shopping precinct, near Crown Casino and Queen Victoria Market.

Thanks for letting us park our car for a few extra hours, but the room wasn’t ready when we checked in.

The rooms were spacious and clean, and crossing the road to the tram stop takes less than 20 minutes to the city centre.

Clean, modern, comfortable, lovely foyer and bar/dining area. Particularly love that the hotel has retained the facade of the original building during the development and transition to a hotel. Bed was very comfortable. Full block out curtains so room was dark for sleeping. Air temp in room was easy to control and maintained the temp we wanted. Bathroom was slightly smaller than expected (King Room) and a little awkward to navigate around door - just something to keep in mind for those with mobility issues. Easy and quick access to restaurants and cafes, shopping in Richmond (which at only 1.4km away is easily walkable along a flat pathway). Also fantastic access to the CBD with the 48 and 75 trams taking you straight into Collins St (48) or down Flinders St (75). We didn't have breakfast so can't comment on this
