Finding the hotel was a breeze, and the bus stop is right next door. The room was clean and pleasant, and the breakfast was outstanding with a wide variety of options.

We felt right at home from the moment we arrived, thanks to the staff who treated us like family; on our second visit we already knew we belonged here. The room was comfortable, and the breakfast was top quality. Luna, the sweet little dog, received a greeting that we all appreciated.

The people here are wonderful, helpful, and welcoming—like staying with relatives. The location is great, with parking available, and the place is very pet‑friendly, especially for a gorgeous border collie like Luna. The value for money is excellent, the breakfast is abundant and varied, full of little delights that are hard to find elsewhere. If you ever pass through Pistoia, drop by; you won’t regret it.
