Everything was clean and easy to use. The only issue was finding it; you need to use GPS.
The room and bathroom were very clean and quiet. The location was strategic for my walk to the Mausoleum of Theodoric in Ravenna. 5 minutes to Rocca Brancaleone, 15 minutes to Basilica San Vitale, 24 minutes to Dante’s Tomb, and 28 minutes to the next spot.

The shared bathroom, as other reviews confirm, was unclear at booking time on Booking about sharing with other guests; otherwise I wouldn’t have booked. The space is very small and has only the essentials. The breakfast area is cramped, and you can either eat outside or in the room. The offer stays basic with a coffee machine, packaged snacks, and a mini fridge with a somewhat limited selection. Room cleaning could use a bit more attention to match the great hospitality of the owners. Overall, the place has a solid human base thanks to the owners, but it needs more detail care to make the stay more comfortable.
