The hotel is close to the metro, transport, travel, tourism, and a temple in Mumbai, and the KF residency is the best opposite.

The only selling point is its proximity to BKC. I asked for a hot water kettle on arrival but none was in the room. The room was damp, poorly ventilated, with chipped walls, dirty ceilings, and it was so small that even a double bed didn’t fit comfortably. Everything felt filthy: the bedsheet was torn in several places and covered in hairs, the bathroom had a glass ceiling with a loud fan, and the neighboring room was equally noisy when the bathroom was used. The staff were casual; when I asked for a water bottle they just handed me a bottle and filled it in front of me. I encountered mosquitoes, fleas, cockroaches, and even rats. The drawers hadn’t been cleaned in months, still holding previous occupants’ belongings. The hotel itself was unclean, and the surrounding bike junkyard made the area look messy, preventing proper upkeep. The receptionist tried to upsell AC, but I didn’t think it was worth it since the weather was cloudy and the outside temperature was fine. This is by far the worst experience I’ve had at any hotel or property.
