The facilities were clean and good. Having a separate shower and toilet was a plus, and the room was spacious.

The exterior looked clean and the rooms were fairly tidy. There was no breakfast, which feels like a basic omission for a hotel or motel; the front desk was also often empty of staff.

I stayed for an event at the nearby sports park. Each room had a dedicated parking spot, and if you arrive early you can use a nearby coin‑parking for up to 12 hours at 600 yen, which is great value. The building has six rooms on one floor and two elevators, so waiting time was short. The hotel offered two washers and dryers, two toasters, and a microwave on each floor – very convenient. The indoor area felt clean, and each room had a floor‑cleaning wipe that was handy. The entrance and interior were separated by a step, and the bathroom and toilet were separate, which I appreciated. A FamilyMart and a 7‑Eleven were within walking distance for quick shopping. At the front desk on the first floor, there were frozen mini‑pancakes for 50 yen; it’s best to heat them in the toaster, and the croissants and salted bread were tasty, though there was no chocolate, which was a let‑down. The trash can in the room was large enough, but the shared bins at the sink, bath, and toilet were too small – I’d like them a bit bigger.

The bathroom and toilet were separate, the park was within walking distance, and check‑in and check‑out were smooth. Parking was limited.
