Everything was perfect, no complaints at all.

The house is gorgeous and super charming, with fireplaces always lit and very cozy. The waiters and bartenders were extremely polite and helpful, and the bar at night was lively and very pleasant. The reception staff, however, didn't meet the hotel's standard.
