The front desk staff greeted me with a smile and explained everything politely, which left a good impression, though the dining hall could have been a bit larger.

The coffee was excellent, and even though I arrived late at night, the staff greeted me warmly. I wish the breakfast were a bit cheaper (even a simple, light offering would have made me more likely to use it).

The loft area was a hit with the kids. I went in expecting a good breakfast because of its reputation, but the morning was filled with a large group, and I was told that it might be too crowded to sit and eat, which ended up meaning I couldn’t have breakfast at all. The space is simply too small, so during busy seasons you should assume you might not get to eat there.
