Residence Inn Kansas City Olathe

It was nice to have a kitchen in our suite. The ice machine wasn’t working. The outdoor grill wasn’t working to start with. They have a new grill now. Breakfast is good. Staff fantastic. When we had issues the staff took care of them in a timely manner.

“I probably wouldn't go back for the price they charge”

Clean, but the pool had no hut tub and there was no fireplace in my room; I never received trash or dirty towels, and there were no wash rags.

“Very nice, clean, and free breakfast!”

I was thoroughly impressed with the hotel's prime location and the cleanliness of my spacious room. However, I was slightly annoyed when the cleaning staff knocked on my door before the designated check-out time, disrupting my morning routine. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, but this minor issue left a slight impression on me.

“Very comfortable”

The hotel's location was one of its strongest points, making it easily accessible to local attractions. However, I was disappointed by the dimly lit hallways, which made it difficult to navigate the premises. Despite this, I still enjoyed my stay and appreciated the hotel's convenient location.

“We didn't stay”

The hotel's location was a major plus, but our stay was marred by a series of unfortunate events. We had booked the hotel for a party, expecting to use the pool, but were told that we couldn't access it unless everyone was staying in the room. This policy wasn't clearly stated on the website or in the hotel, and the staff wasn't very helpful in clarifying the situation. Needless to say, this was a major letdown.
