Breakfast was OK, the location is great and within walking distance of most of Yerevan’s highlights, the staff were very helpful and friendly, and it’s inexpensive – for the price you shouldn’t expect a full nine‑yard. I left my phone in the cab when coming from the airport and they did their best to help me retrieve it. Thank you! I’d still recommend coming to Armenia for its culture, beautiful landscape, nice people, good food and surprisingly cool nightlife in Yerevan. If you don’t plan to spend your day in the hotel and pay for services you never use, you can go ahead and stay here. Apparently it is not a hotel, but the ground floor of a block house with 8 rooms, though it looks like a hotel at first sight; I’d rather call it a bed and breakfast. There’s an empty fridge and an electric kettle in the room, no mineral water (tap water is safe to drink) and no teabags or coffee either. The good thing is there’s a supermarket just 100 m away so you can get what you need.

Great location, just 1 km from the centre, with a 24/7 shop nearby, daily cleaning, a modern bathroom, nonstop reception, and pleasant staff. The toilet and water tap already need replacing, and some reception staff don’t speak English.
