The hotel is perfectly situated, just a 100‑metre walk from Termini, the breakfast was of good quality, and the rooms were clean and quiet—quite impressive for Rome. No complaints.

Breakfast was very good. American eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles and more. European was variety of croissants (chocolate ones were excellent), salad, yogurt with fruit, nuts, etc., cakes, and the best crusty bread! The only negative was there were tour buses also at the hotel so the Coffee machine was always crowded and some people took a long time in making their decision. The staff could get you an espresso/cappuccino rom the back but sometimes they were so busy that it took a while. Breakfast is 7-10am. Wish you didn’t have to take the key out of the room each time you left, however we found that common in Europe in general. We were there for 3 weeks in the incredible heat and to walk into a cooled room would have been refreshing. It was a great location and great staff and even went beyond what we expected by giving us an upgraded room with some Italian cookies as a thank you

The hotel is very pretty, the room is spacious, very comfortable, and offers plenty of privacy. Getting from Roma Termini station is super easy, which is very convenient. However, to visit the Vatican, Colosseum, Campo de’ Fiori and other main sights you’ll need the metro or public transport, as the journey can take about 30 minutes. If you plan to spend several days exploring Rome, staying in a more central area might be better. In our case we were only in for one day on the way, so it was a great choice because of its proximity to the train station.

We were pleasantly surprised by our stay at UNA Hotels Decò Roma! The hotel sits in a fantastic spot, just a 3–5 minute walk from Roma Termini, and both the hotel and our room had a beautiful, elegant vibe. The buffet breakfast was amazing, with a fantastic variety of options. The staff were incredibly professional, friendly, and helpful, especially when they prepared a takeaway meal for me to bring on our long flight, which I really appreciated. Another big plus was the option of a late checkout until 5 pm for an extra fee, which was perfect before our evening flight. All in all, a wonderful hotel with excellent service and a great location. We’d definitely stay here again on our next trip to Rome!
