“Great place to stay”

Everything was perfect, and the staff was fantastic.

There was nothing good here. I found bedbugs, and the staff were off duty—especially the General Manager, who was completely drunk at the welcome reception and rude to customers, though locals were treated like royalty. Employee children dominated the outside pool, kicking soccer balls and chasing each other everywhere. The staff members clearly live there, as one came out in a super short robe at 6am during breakfast. The whole experience was disgusting and utterly unprofessional.

The location was great, but housekeeping didn’t change the towels every day.

“Helemaal ruk en zeer onaardig persoon, niet boeken dus.”

The showers never worked and we weren’t warned about that beforehand, and the staff were downright rude and unhelpful when we tried to sort it out. When we agreed to cancel for free they refused to give any proof and the receptionist was extremely impolite, so I wouldn’t book this place.

“Very good value”

The beds were comfortable and the rooms were roomy, plus they offered free cocktails! However, no one was there to check us in, so we waited 10-15 minutes.
