The place is very comfortable and nice, with various areas to relax; I was going to stay two nights but due to an unexpected issue I only stayed one, and I requested a refund for the day I didn’t stay.

The property looked beautiful, spotless, with a jungle feel and great rooms, but our booked room was taken by earlier guests, so we got a private room that turned out to be the worst option because all other private rooms were also free. The “quiet at 10 pm” rule vanished, and at 11:30 pm loud voices from the open common area echoed through our window that faced the noisy side; other private rooms had windows on the quieter side. I asked a volunteer staff member to move me, but she couldn’t help.

The location is quiet, the décor is pretty, but the service was lacking. The room had dust on the nightstands and the towels smelled damp.
