The pools and the room were great, and the staff were friendly.

The hotel looks nice, it is a large and beautiful building with really nice rooms. Some staff members smile and are ready to help at any time. However, the services are really bad, like a 2‑star hotel. The kitchen closes earlier than it should, the reception is unhelpful, cleaning is basically nonexistent, and the lack of quality is felt immediately.

The hotel has western standards, clean rooms and bathrooms. The services offered are excellent and stay open late. The only downside is that towels are only from the shower and hand soap is missing, which is unfortunately normal in Indonesia.

The staff are welcoming and professional. The rooms are very comfortable with good equipment. Breakfast is excellent with plenty of choices. There is a gym with sufficient equipment for a workout, though heavier weights might be missing. The jacuzzi was not working. The shower drainage was poor and water could overflow the bathroom. If you want to move around and visit, the hotel is a bit far. They call to remind you to check out no later than 12 pm.
