I could get to the hotel from the main roads without trouble, but the lobby, elevator, and second‑floor corridor smelled like weed. The toilet in my room kept running, the bowl was dirty, the shower head leaked, I killed two roaches in the bathroom, and the coffee maker dumped dirt and sediment into my cup!

The room was spacious and the bed comfy, but the entrance smelled like cigarettes even though no one was smoking, and inside there was a strong vape odor. The curtains were stuck and a few clips were broken, so I had to call the front desk for towels of all sizes. There was no soap in the sink or for the shower, only half a roll of toilet paper, and I had to go back down again for more. It felt like they weren’t prepared for a one‑night stay. I usually have better experiences with Red Roof Inns and prefer them, so I’ll never return here. Sorry.
