The location, friendly staff, rooms and public spaces were great, yet the shower had little pressure and no hot water.

The operators were nice, the terrace was generally good, the location and comfortable furnishings were fine, but we had power outages and no running water on all three nights—our toilets and showers didn’t work, which was especially unpleasant after a day of bathing. On the first night we received a flashlight, but the next morning it was taken from the room without notice, leaving us in the dark for the next two days. The terrace is used by all guests, making the room extremely noisy and letting other guests stare and smoke right outside the window, so ventilation was impossible; without power and air‑conditioning, sleeping became almost unbearable. Many other hotels had working generators, but this place did not, which ruined the overall comfort of the stay. The owners should enforce terrace rules to guarantee night‑time quiet and fix the generator as soon as possible, because that’s what the guests rely on.
