The reception at 7 am in the morning was not very pleasant, but the overall service was fantastic!

We arrived before 22:00 and the hotel left a bad impression; it was poorly lit, felt like a warehouse area, yet we were still satisfied. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean, the breakfast was good, and the coffee was good, but the room was tiny.
