The apartment was very spacious, clean and comfortable – almost like a house on its own – with everything you could wish for and an amazing view over the rolling hills all the way to the distant sea. The outside area was huge and well kept, with sun loungers and multiple opportunities to have a barbecue, as well as an amazing pool. The host was very friendly and always helpful, making me feel very welcome.

The place is stunning, very peaceful and calm—perfect for a getaway. The view stretches all the way to the sea, and the pool guarantees a relaxing time. Isabella was incredibly kind and left us plenty of breakfast options; it was exceptional!

Everything was great: Isabella and her partner Alberto were helpful throughout, the studio was fully equipped, spotless, and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was Italian with pastries we enjoyed, and the welcome cake was excellent; after that, they brought another one, still delicious. The spot is beautiful, offering both sea and mountain with stunning lakes; we’ll definitely return to the Marche and especially to Isabella’s place.

The location is ideal both scenically and for relaxation. Isabella and her partner were courteous, and the garden was impeccably maintained. However, because the property is surrounded by greenery, insects—especially mosquitoes—are extremely annoying. A TV would have been nice, and the interior spaces feel a bit cramped.

Posizione incantevole, struttura splendida, massimo confort, ideale per chi in famiglia ha bimbi e cagnolini, la signora Isabella gentilissima e disponibile. Utilissima la cucina per cenare all'aperto con un panorama mozzafiato, noi abbiamo fatto una grigliata indimenticabile
