The rooms were very nice with great mattresses, and the staff were very friendly and the place was very clean.

The location was good and the staff were friendly, but the breakfast was not as complete as usual; it was great before, now it’s less.

The location was great and there were plenty of good restaurants nearby, but the price was high, the breakfast buffet offered very little choice and coffee was only served from a pot—no cappuccino or anything similar—and the fruit was just tossed in a bowl as a fruit salad, with the cheese and cold cuts also very limited. The front desk didn’t stay open until the advertised 22:00; it closed at 18:00, and the lobby was dimly lit, making it hard to see. Our room even had a step that was poorly marked; although a dark‑silver sign reading “Vorsicht Stufe” was there, it was difficult to notice.

We had relaxing days on the North Sea with very nice staff, but the weather was terrible.
