The staff were friendly and helpful. The room had everything needed and we found it comfortable and welcoming. The bathroom had a shower with excellent water pressure. Perfect for short stays. We also liked the area where it was located. There was little space to open large luggage. Breakfast was not offered.

The hotel was clean and looked recent. The hotel offered very little: no coffee, no vending machine, no smoking box, no TV in the already narrow rooms. Compared to our first hotel in Tokyo, in the same area, which was older, this hotel was far below the same level of equipment, which was disappointing.

Everything was great! The receptionists are very polite and always ready to help. The bed and pillows are comfortable, they provide four pillows and that’s very important. Everything is very clean, no complaints! I liked everything! If I could suggest an improvement it would be to include a scale to weigh luggage.

The reception had a stylish vibe, the contemporary décor of a fairly small room, and the quiet location. The cosy nook for socialising was a bit lacking.
