The staff were very helpful, the working atmosphere great, and the hotel tried to meet all requests and wishes without extra charges—simply fantastic. Thank you. The only thing missing was the island’s best breakfast drink, a cold Lacao (only available in Mallorca). Otherwise, I have nothing to complain about.

The friendly staff helped solve small issues and made good coffee. Thanks to the cleaning crew, the room was always tidy (clean sheets, fresh towels, overall cleanliness). Breakfast was tasty, offering something for everyone. The cozy indoor pool with cool water was a nice bonus, as the beach and sea were simply delightful. In short, it was great, and I also appreciate the manager’s quick response who fulfilled all my requests. The coffee at breakfast should be improved; I’d like it better.

The location was close and the night reception was helpful, and they served a great breakfast. The hallway had an unpleasant odor.
