“Lindo, mas não ficaria de novo”

The view is beautiful, the double room looks out over the lake and the snowy mountains. It’s far from the harbor, a 50‑minute uphill climb, and the ads say breakfast is served in the room, which isn’t true – it’s only in the restaurant, and everything else is far from the hotel. The scenery is lovely, but the local custom of starting the day with shouting before 6 am is unpleasant. The little donkey’s shouting was also a bit much, but that’s part of it… oh, the heater can only be turned on at 22:00, when we’re already in bed, so we should be able to use it when we go to sleep.

“Großes, schönes Zimmer mit Blick auf den See”

I felt completely at ease. The room is very nice, large and bright. The highlight is the dreamy view of the lake. There’s a heater and hot water in the room. Everything is very clean. Excellent value for money.

The property was great, check‑in was very easy, the room was spacious and comfortable, and the heater and hot water worked; I would highly recommend it for an island getaway.

We spent a fantastic time at Quillawasi Lodge, where the rooms were comfy, the hot water worked, the views were lovely, and breakfast was solid. When we mentioned feeling a bit sick from the altitude, Francisca kindly brewed us some tea.
