The sheets, towels, mattresses, and the like were top‑quality, but when we tried to eat at the restaurant one day it was shut for a private event—something that shouldn’t happen to guests.

Our room and every common area of the hotel were spotless, and every staff member we met during our 5‑night stay was friendly, welcoming, professional, and extremely helpful.

Beautiful property, excellent location, the staff was delightful and extremely helpful at all times, beautiful rooftop restaurant and bar with gorgeous views, exceptional breakfasts, which were included. The room was large, had a fireplace, the bathroom has double sinks, and an enormous walk-in shower for two people. The hotel is so close to everything, and there is a lovely park directly across the street. Terrific hotel to stay in San Miguel de Allende. Nothing, we love this hotel!
