We were greeted warmly upon arrival and found the room clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was not free, and its price was high.

The room was comfortable, had a TV with streaming apps, a coffee maker, and many other amenities—I recommend it. Everything was fine.

I appreciated the free parking and the pricing seemed reasonable, but the property felt a bit outdated.

The location was convenient because it was west of Milwaukee, which matched our final destination, but the room we received was not a handicap room with an open shower as requested; instead it was a tub room. When I opened the door, I had to force it open, and when it closed automatically it wouldn’t shut properly. I had to push my shoulder into it again for it to close. The worst part was that the door could not be locked—the locking bolt would not engage. I called the front desk, they called an engineer who fixed the automatic door so it would close, but he couldn’t fix the lock. He told me I could use the fold‑out door stop, but there was a 2‑inch gap when that lock was used on the front door. He said he couldn’t do anything for the night, so I slept on the floor in front of the door because it wouldn’t lock. When I told the front desk again, they offered to move us, but my son had fallen asleep after a long drive from Michigan, and I would have to wake him, re‑pack everything, and unload again at 10 pm, so I stayed. I am a Bonvoy member and have never felt as unsafe as I did there. When an old property is taken over, make sure it is safe and properly repaired before allowing guests to stay.
