Good value and good food. Staff and owners were delightful. The place was clean, well presented, with a cozy bar and pleasant dining room. The pillows were a bit firm, but that’s a personal preference. I’d stay again and tell family and friends. Great value for money and a nice evening meal.

The room was very comfortable and clean, the water was hot and the shower had good pressure, and the bathroom was large and lovely; the bed was very comfortable. The double room was big enough for us and our dog with his basket, and the location was great for exploring the Cheviots. The rear seating area could be made a bit prettier with some flowers or shrubs.
