The hotel is one mile from Charlotte Douglas International Airport and 12 miles from Charlotte Motor Speedway. The location is great. We couldn’t use the pool, which disappointed my kids a lot.

The night clerk was very nice and helpful, that’s the only positive thing. The fact that you have to pay to park is unbelievable. I wasn’t told this beforehand. If I had known, I would have chosen another hotel. It definitely isn’t worth the extra money for parking! I mean it’s deceptive that you’re not told until you arrive, and we were already at 10:30 pm! The rooms were average at best, curtains had holes and a musky smell. I would not stay here again.

The hotel was under renovation, but it was still accessible and the staff were helpful.
