The rooms were nice, especially if you chose a view of the vineyards, clean, and the staff were friendly. The spa was lovely, especially on sunny days with the huge lounging area. We missed having a cozy bar to wind down in the evenings.

Nothing was missing, even a plug in the safe. The bed was very comfortable and the lighting was well set. The room was very quiet, no noise from neighbours. During breakfast champagne was offered instead of Creman, what a scandal in Alsace.

A solid hotel with professional and friendly staff, but the booking page was unclear about breakfast, which we had to pay extra for—no point using that platform again.

The spa and rooms are good, yet the hotel entrance feels very basic, the welcome is somewhat warm, there's no bar or lounge, the overall décor doesn’t match a 4‑star rating, the Belvédère room isn’t very welcoming, and the prices are too high.
