I had a terrible experience with the staff at this hotel, who treated me poorly. Unfortunately, the worst part was the way I was treated.

I was initially promised breakfast when I booked, but when I arrived, the staff told me they didn't provide it. To make matters worse, the reception staff were extremely rude. The poor service I received was a letdown, especially since breakfast was included in my booking.

My stay was a disaster from start to finish. The hotel's facilities were very poor, with no WiFi, towels, or cleaning accessories available. The staff's behavior was also unhelpful, and I was asked for extra money during checkout. To top it off, there was no proper GST bill, no breakfast, and an overall very bad experience.

The hotel's location was a major plus, and I was pleased to find that my room was clean and tidy. However, I was a bit disappointed to discover that they didn't offer room service, which meant I had to order food in advance. Despite this, the hotel's amenities were satisfactory, but a bit limited.
