The Family Room with Private Bathroom accommodates three guests with one double bed and one single bed. A private bathroom is included for the occupants. Entertainment features a flat‑screen television, and tea/coffee making facilities are provided for convenience.
The room was just about OK, but in my opinion it was overpriced for what was offered; I’m not going to stay at the same hotel again 🙃 ji. The furniture was lacking, the room wasn’t clean, there was no tea or coffee, no kettle to boil water, and the toilet seat was broken.

Staff were nice,good communication. beds were filthy and stained. walls were mouldy and dirty. stains all over the walls and scurtin boards and mattress. only gave 1 pillow for a double bed

The room was a mess—filthy, with an old, dirty duvet, a stained and ripped duvet cover, a bath full of grime, skirting boards covered in mould, and cut, soiled carpet strips right in front of the toilet and beside the bed. Mirrors and fittings were loose, exposing screws that even caught my arm, making the space feel unsafe rather than just worn. The reception area was dirty too, and checking in was a nightmare because no one was at the desk; the staff I called ahead of time were already rude and unhelpful. The overall vibe was grim, as if the room was meant for hourly rentals, not families or regular guests. I wouldn’t have trusted a pet or my two small children to stay there, and I have photos to prove it. The standard of accommodation is absolutely appalling and should never be offered to paying guests.

This place was terrible; I would give it a minus rating if possible. My name is Lorraine, and my husband Mark’s wife. The pillow, bedding, and walls were covered in blood stains, and the room was dirty. A drunken or drugged man approached me, which was frightening. The receptionist was unhelpful or unwilling to assist, so I left almost immediately. I tried contacting the hotel several times afterward, but received no response and no help.
