The place was decent, but the garage parking space was too small for modern cars, there was no charging station for electric cars, and it felt outdated for a four‑star hotel.

Some staff members were friendly, yet the atmosphere felt cold and unwelcoming; upon arrival no one escorted us to our room, only gave directions; breakfast options were limited and items had no labels, so we couldn't tell if the cold cuts were pork or chicken; when we asked staff we often felt like a nuisance; there was no smoking area inside the hotel, forcing us to leave; for a four‑star establishment I expected better.
