It was good but there was no backup power system. If you don’t know the local language, never go there. Their behavior was so poor that they didn’t understand English.

The host was incredibly friendly, chatting with us and doing everything we asked. Extending our stay by one night was a breeze, arranged with no hassle. Everything moved at our own pace, and breakfast wasn’t tied to a strict schedule—just come when you’re ready. We’d definitely return!

The Bell'hotel staff were very helpful and courteous, and the location is reasonably strategic for the various tours you can take in the area. The pool is easily accessible. However, the electrical system needs a review; it doesn’t have enough capacity for normal usage. The location is a bit inconvenient—walking to even the nearest restaurants is uncomfortable (the hotel driver is very willing to take you wherever you need and then wait for you to return, a nice and common system but a bit embarrassing to me).

The room was spacious with a separate bathroom, a private sitting area overlooking the beautifully landscaped garden. The pool was great. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were ready to help everywhere. The price‑to‑quality ratio was more than excellent. The only issue was that it was sometimes hard to find staff when we had questions, and be careful with the laundry service—some underwear didn’t come back.
